One good deed can change everything. Donate new and gently used stuffed animals to help benefit children in crisis situations.
Donations accepted Oct. 13 to Dec. 13 in Dupré Library & the UPC office (in the Union).
All animals will be donated to the Lafayette Police Department for comfort items to help ease the pain and fear of traumatized children.
The UL Lafayette College of Nursing and Allied Health Professions have posters presented in the library of various concepts referencing many debated ideals in the health of today.
Come check it out and deepen your knowledge on these topics.

The library wants to do more to help you. Take a moment to participate in a survey about spaces in the library.
The survey will assess your overall use, needs, and future needs regarding Dupré Library. Your answers will provide information that will allow us to better meet your needs. The survey consists of 10 questions and should take 5-10 minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential and anonymous.
This survey is available until Friday, Oct. 11.

Stop by to see the new Louisiana black bear display. So much information is provided, along with a wonderful bear model.

All public service departments, including the Circulation/Reserve Desk, Interlibrary Loan, Reference Desk/Chat, Reference Online Center (ROC) Lab, and STEP Labs, close 15 minutes before the building closes.
The library will host a Massage & Meet for faculty Tuesday, Oct. 1, at 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Come meet the librarians and discover how we can help faculty and students with library resources and services.
Five minute facials and five minute hand massages will be provided by Blue Cliff College. Light refreshments will also be served.
Walk-ins are welcome but reservations are recommended.
All faculty are welcome. We look forward to seeing you there.

Westlaw Campus Research provides access to thousands of legal documents from the local, state, and federal level. It also provides access to other sources of legal information including newspapers, statutes, administrative codes, and more. Access is provided by the MBA Program.
Lafayette Public Library is bringing the Bookmobile to campus. It will be here today, Sept. 24, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in front of Dupré Library. Sign up for a free public library card and get access to books, DVDs, CDs and so much more.
The Bookmobile will be making monthly visits to the UL Lafayette campus. Check the library social media and events pages for times and dates.
