- UL Lafayette alumni who possess an Alumni Loyal Fund Membership
- Give to the Library with an annual $100.00 or more donation
- Be a member of the LOUIS Reciprocal Borrowing program

Materials in Special Collections
Dupré Library welcomes visitors to use Special Collections materials. Most materials can be identified in the Library Catalog or ArchivesSpace, though guides are available for uncatalogued items on individual department pages. Special Collections materials must be used in their respective reading room areas as they do not circulate. View Special Collection Policies.
To view and use Special Collections materials, visitors must present a current validated University of Louisiana at Lafayette ID, driver’s license, or other picture ID. The exception is the U.S. Government Information collection browsing and borrowing is permitted.
Special Collections departments observe limited hours of access. Visitors should contact departments in advance to make the best use of their time. Staff members can advise researchers on hours of operation and the availability of materials and other relevant collections.
For more information, please contact Special Collections.
Printing & Scanning
Printing services are funded by student fees and are unavailable to visitors. However, you can save documents using the email function within databases (if available) or download them to a USB drive. For federal government information, ask about printing at the Service Desk.
Self-service scanners are available on all floors at no charge.
