There is an access issue this afternoon with Duke University Press eBook Collection. The database provider is currently investigating the issue, and we will update you when more information is available.

Special Collections is now offering digitization services for users needing to access the archives during COVID-19.
You may fill out the Digitization Request Form and request a reasonable amount of items for Special Collections staff to scan and send. Digitization fees will be waived during this phase unless the scans are for publication.
Special Collections will not duplicate entire collections or materials deemed to be protected under copyright.
Research assistance will be offered online via the Ask a Librarian service during the following times:

Monday – Thursday | 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday | 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

With 2,500+ minutes of short-form and long-form videos added, you can discover lectures, educational deep-dives, and documentaries on topics such as vaccines, minimum wage, cryptocurrency, public health, and extreme weather.

Virtual Reference Desk will be closed in observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 25, and will resume regular hours at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26.
