On Jan. 15, 2021, SciFinder launched SciFindern. This new database provides access to new workflow solutions such as PatentPak™, MethodsNow™ and Retrosynthesis Planner as well as the core CAS-created databases available in classic SciFinder. It is intended to help users optimally leverage information by dramatically reducing the time spent analyzing and refining answer sets.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Law Library of Louisiana has set up procedures allowing public users to access the legal databases Lexis Nexus, Westlaw Edge, and FastCase for free using temporary accounts.
Special Collections has released a digital exhibit of the town of Evergreen.
Evergreen, Louisiana is a small town located in Avoyelles Parish. Chartered in 1869 and incorporated in 1871, the town is home to a little over 300 people, each having very close ties with each other.
