2023 Caffery Award Winner
Fri, 05/05/2023 - 11:57amDupré Library and Special Collections honors Samantha Schexnayder as this year's winner of the Jefferson Caffery Research Award. Her paper was entitled "The Changing Effects of 1940s Masculinity on the Expression of Emotion in the Writings of American Servicemen in World War II."
The Caffery Competition provides an award of $500.00 to recognize outstanding scholarly research utilizing primary source materials held in Special Collections of Dupré Library.
