Did you know that the University of Louisiana at Lafayette is celebrating our 125th anniversary this year? There will be an Academic Showcase on March 12th in the Student Union.

Just like the rest of the university, Special Collections is also showcasing highlights of the last 125 years. The items are currently in our display cases in the Jefferson Caffery Reading Room. These materials are pulled from various campus departments that can be found in our biggest collection, The University Archives. This collection contains the historical records of UL Lafayette from its inception, then known as Southwestern Louisiana Industrial Institute, until present day.

We hope to see everyone on Tuesday, March 12!
