New eBooks: For Engineering
A new collection of eBooks for engineering students and faculty is now availalbe. Momentum Press Digital Library is a growing collection of eBooks that includes titles in industrial, mechanical, chemical, civil and environmental engineering, and material science. All eBooks are downloadable, and faculty can easily embed them in their Moodle pages.

New Look for WorldCat FirstSearch
On July 14, OCLC launched a restyle of the WorldCat FirstSearch interface. According to OCLC, these changes were made in response to requests from the FirstSearch community for a more contemporary interface that meets the expectations of today’s searchers. The changes will display automatically and will not affect functionality, navigation or website structure.
New Look: Interlibrary Loan ILLiad Request System
Today we launched new web pages for the Interlibrary Loan ILLiad Request System. The new pages have an updated look and feel and are mobile responsive. Menu items have shifted, but the steps are still the same to place and track an Interlibrary Loan request.
Log in with your existing ILLiad Account username and password or choose 'First Time Users' to register for an account.
New Research Data Repository: ICPSR (Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research)
The library has a new research data repository available for research in the social and behavioral sciences.
ICPSR (Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research) is an international research data repository including specialized collections and educational activities.
The Picard Center has established membership that gives us access.
New Resource: ArchivesSpace for Special Collections Finding Aids
University Libraries has implemented ArchivesSpace as its new finding aids platform.
Users can easily conduct specified and advanced searches of the libraries' voluminous special collections, including the:
New Resource: EBSCO Health Science Custom eBook Collection
Due to funding from the Board of Reagents, access to a new resource for health science books in the form of the EBSCO Health Science Custom eBook Collection is available.
This collection includes over 600 health-related books in PDF and EPUB format, available through the EBSCO eBook Collection.

New Service: Individual Study Carrels Available to Undergraduates
Individual study carrels are now available to undergraduate students on the 2nd floor. Carrels are assigned on a first come, first served basis, and will be subject to a 2-hour time limit as demand requires.
Interested students should stop by the Circulation Desk to get a key, and can find more information under Circulation Services.
