The library is a haven for students in these unprecedented times. With more online courses, students need quiet, comfortable places to attend classes, study, and research. Students have repeatedly expressed the need for updated seating at the computer workstations. We want to give them a welcoming, comfortable and productive space.
The goal is to purchase 24 mobile, durable ergonomic computer chairs for use in the Reference and Research Services computer lab.

Join us for a history harvest at the library to document LGBTQ+ history.
We will be available on the 1st floor of the library with audio and video recorders, scanners, and laptops to document and digitize any story or historical material you would like to share with the southwest LGBTQ+ archive.

Dupré Library and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Student Government Association are partnering to collect non-perishable food items for a Hurricane Harvey relief drive. Desired items include canned vegetables and fruit, canned meats, canned soups and stews, canned beans, cereal, Ensure and Pediasure, pasta, peanut butter, protein and granola bars, rice, and shelf-stable milk.
Help FCS and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority help those in need.
