Engineering Source provides indexing and full-text coverage for engineering journals, magazines and trade publications. Engineering-focused monographs, books, conference papers and proceedings are also included. This resource is ideal for professionals at all levels of engineering, including research, planning, product development, management and supply chain.
Two statistics databases:
SAGE Stats provides data from private and public sources for social science students and researchers, and includes visualization and data compare features.
U.S. Political Stats is a data visualization and research tool designed to provide data on Congress, the Supreme Court and the Presidency. Users can analyze, compare, and export data in maps, tables, line graphs, bar charts, and pie charts.

The Department of History at UL Lafayette is pleased to sponsor a new series of discussions -- or “Teach-Ins” -- on controversial issues in history. The first event in the new “Teach-In” series reviews the recent 2016 U.S. presidential election in historical context.

With 2,500+ minutes of short-form and long-form videos added, you can discover lectures, educational deep-dives, and documentaries on topics such as vaccines, minimum wage, cryptocurrency, public health, and extreme weather.

The newly acquired Films on Demand - Master Academic Collection database provides comprehensive, curriculum-focused streaming videos on various subjects, including business & economics, health sciences and nursing, computer science, engineering, and much more, with content from the world’s top producers, such as PBS, BBC, A&E, National Geographic, and HBO.
The Librarian on Demand program is another new resource for the University community. University groups (student organizations, dorms, university departments, etc.) will be able to book instruction sessions, presentations, and/or Q&A discussions with a librarian. These group appointments will be held at the location and time of the group’s choosing.
