Credo Reference is getting a platform refresh.

From the database vender, Infobase:

Credo Reference, the research starting point that provides premier academic reference on an instruction-friendly platform, will be debuting new features and functionality on Monday, August 21. You will continue to have access to the content and tools you love while enjoying new features that support our commitment to making the platform as instruction- and user-friendly as possible for those conducting early academic research.

The work will begin Saturday, Aug. 19, beginning 7 a.m. and is anticipated to take about 24 hours, during which there may be access disruptions. Banners will be present on the platform with messaging to communicate with users during this time. The new platform should be available to all users on Monday, August 21.

New benefits include:

  • Reorganized Homepage & Search Results Pages: Beginning research can be overwhelming. We’ve redesigned the homepage and search results pages to offer a cleaner, more intuitive experience for researchers of all levels.
  • Dedicated Advanced Search Page: Students and instructors will be able to find our new dedicated advanced search page linked on every screen.
