Join in a fun, informal discussion with guest mentor Glen Watson, prolifically publishing biology professor and researcher, who will share lessons learned from his 40+ years researching and writing about zoology, cell biology, and biomedical research.

Tuesday, May 1 | 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

The Adventures in Academic Publishing mentoring series for faculty, staff, and graduate students is designed to help connect those new to the academic publishing world with more experienced colleagues from a variety of disciplines across campus. It is also a great way for experienced academic writers to get new ideas and discuss the craft and tricks of the trade.

The guest mentor will describe his writing process and share some of his academic publishing adventures. Don't miss this unique opportunity to share best practices and encourage cross-disciplinary networking and writing collaboration.
