Bibliographic Instruction

Edith Garland Dupré Library offers a variety of instructional formats: general and specialized library tours and a one-hour credit course covering advanced library research techniques, U.S. Government Publications, Special Collections and the Internet. The Bibliographic Instruction Department operates within the Internet Access Services Department and is committed to the pursuit and promotion of education primarily through library instruction. Effective bibliographic instruction reflects the university's primary purposes of teaching, learning, scholarship, research, and public service.
