Please use the information below for library instruction requests.

University instructors may arrange sessions for course-related library instruction. Sessions may be specialized for a particular course or they may be a general introduction to the library's catalog, online databases, and other library resources.

Please email a request to dupre.instruction@gmail.com. Include the following information:

• Contact Information --include name, telephone and email address
• Course Information --include course name, department name and number of students
• Course Time
• Requested Date --include three alternative dates
• Library Resources to be Covered --areas of the library, selected databases, library catalog, other

Provide at least 2 weeks advance notice so that we may prepare.

A librarian will contact you to confirm the date and time of your session and to discuss any questions concerning your request for instruction.
