Departmental Librarians

Services offered by Departmental Librarians include:

  • instructional classes
  • support of student projects
  • customized subject guides
  • online support through email
  • Moodle integration

The departmental librarian also serves as the collection development liaison for each academic department.

The library allocates its materials budget to all academic departments for the purpose of purchasing books, journals, and materials in various subject areas. Departmental faculty members are appointed to act as a liaison between the department and the library. Send all requests to the Head of Collection Development. Library faculty members are available to assist departmental library representatives with their requests and keep them apprised of expenditures in their areas.
