We are working to resolve an issue with the library Questions? Ask Us! chat service. As of now, the chat works properly when used outside the campus network.
The chat will continue to be online during chat hours. First, try to send over a question. If you do not get a reply, try from a device not connected to the campus network (either by wire or wireless). The Reference Desk may not receive the message and you will see no reply when connected to parts of the campus network.
In the meantime, if you have questions, contact the Reference Desk at (337) 482-6030, reference@louisiana.edu, or just stop by.
We will post an update as soon as services are in working order again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
