This collection contains account books, ledgers, other financial records, documents, and correspondence of a Lafayette wholesale grocery company. Officers were J. R. Jeanmard, president; S. R. Parkerson, vice president; Laurent Pellerin, secretary-treasurer; C. Billeaud, assistant secretary-treasurer.

Dr. Michael Martin and the Center for Louisiana Studies donated some of the materials.
